Anything purchased from our web site can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase provided the package is unopened and in sellable condition.
Defectives
Any item purchased from our web site that is found defective in manufacturing can be returned for a full refund.
Product Return Instructions
A return mailer was included with your purchase. If, for some reason it was lost or misplaced, simply e-mail us at information@bartlettlumber.com or call us at (866) 780-6446 ext 30 and we will send you a return mailer. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will either refund the purchase price to you or ship a replacement item depending on your request.
