Bartlett's Lumber & Hardware is a 10 store chain of home centers located in the Texas Panhandle. We have been in business since 1937 when the company was started by William Bartlett.
Over the years, it has steadily grown to become a respected name in the lumber and hardware business. Today, the company is operated out of it’s general office and distribution center in Canadian, Texas.
We are a member of Lumbermen’s Merchandising Corporation, a multi billion dollar buying group, that enables us to be competitive with anyone.

We believe in giving back to the communities we serve. We have made countless donations to area ranchers, landowners, and volunteer fire departments that have been affected by the large grass fires of recent years. We helped to rebuild the Meals on Wheels facility in Shamrock, Tx that was was destroyed by a fire. We have helped to rebuild homes of local veterans that have suffered a fire loss. In addition to the many local charities that we support we are big supporters of the Red Cross and St. Jude.

Many of our employees are local EMS and volunteer fire fighters. When they are called out we keep them clocked in. Also, if an employee is called to jury duty they stay clocked in. We do this to encourage them to take part in their civic duty.

But most of all, we try to follow God’s Word in our lives and our business. He is our guiding light that we use every day.
